Pill By Post is run by Alamaz Pharmacies Ltd, the data controller for information you give us.
What we collect
Your name, date of birth, contact details, address, and the answers to your health questions. Health information is special category data under UK GDPR.
Lawful basis
We process your data to provide healthcare (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(c) and (e), and Article 9(2)(h)), and to meet our legal duties as a registered pharmacy.
NHS reporting
For the NHS service we send anonymised activity data to the NHS as part of the service specification.
Processors
We use carefully chosen suppliers for hosting, email and payments. Your data is stored in the UK or EU and is never sold or used for marketing without your permission.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for the periods set by NHS and professional guidance, then securely deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
