These terms apply when you use services from Pill By Post, run by Alamaz Pharmacies Ltd.
Your answers
You must answer every health question truthfully and about yourself. Supply is always at the pharmacist's professional judgement.
Fees
The NHS service is free for eligible patients. The private consultation fee is £25, only charged if your pharmacist approves the supply.
Delivery
Usually 1 to 3 working days after approval, by tracked post.
Returns
For safety reasons, medicines can't be returned once dispatched, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
